Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Six7 mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Six7.

- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
Community Guidelines
- Be kind. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or doxxing.
- Don’t share inappropriate content or try to bypass anonymity safeguards.
- Use real information about your school and grade so poll results stay accurate.
- Report issues or safety concerns.
Licenses & Ownership
Six7 owns all intellectual property in the Services. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal device. You grant Six7 a license to use content you submit solely for operating and improving the Services.
Paid Features & Virtual Items
Certain features (like aura packs or reveals) may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are final except where required by law. Virtual currency has no cash value and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Six7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Six7, if any, in the six months before the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to others. Certain sections (like ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless prohibited by local law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be shared in-app or via email.
